- Calendar tool will be made available for both on-site and virtual appointments
- No limits to the number or duration of remote sessions, CapSure Solutions commits to limiting concurrent client workload to ensure bandwidth is readily available.
- Secure cloud hosted coaching environment credentials will be provided to each engagement team member
- Coaching environment provides action-item tracking, meeting notes, electronic whiteboard and file repository capabilities
- Cancel subscription anytime for any reason with 1 month advance notice
- On-Site Advisory and/or Coaching: arranged with 2 week notice (incremental daily fee & travel cost reimbursement)

Hypothetical Engagement
Company ABC is investing in a new robotic automation platform for automotive assembly.
- New AI-based dynamic pathing capability in addition to a novel end effector design are expected to significantly reduce TAKT time vs. prior generation products. The expectation is to leapfrog the competition and become a market leader.
- It isn’t their first new platform development but the program is well behind plan and and over budget.
- The new technical elements have been proven via bench test but the first full system integration has bogged down. The team is firefighting a variety of issues involving performance, supplier delays, and software robustness.
- Distractions surrounding sustaining engineering demands for existing sold products are an additional headwind.
ABC engages CapSure Solutions. Given there is not a clear initial set of tasks and outcomes ABC decides to work on an Advisory and Coaching agreement basis.
